Sponsorships will play a critical role in meeting our financial goals for the opening night Heritage Concert Event. The success of this event will not only make a significant contribution to the financial needs of the project but will also demonstrate community support to keep the project moving forward.

The Concert

The concert, featuring Night Ranger, with 7th Heaven serving as the opening act, will provide an opportunity to celebrate heritage, and welcome summer with friends and neighbors, while kicking off Heritage Festival for 2009. The concert will be held in the Heritage Festival Beer Garden Stage in the Library Parking Lot. A portion of the gate receipts will support the 1846 Blodgett House project.

Your Donation

Your donation may qualify as a charitable contribution. The Downers Grove Heritage Preservation Corporation (dba 1846 Blodgett House) is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation that is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt charitable and educational organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Tax Code.
